It did send the video and audio from the Samsung S10 to the TV via the HDMI connections, but the power delivery (I used my Samsung S10 charger) did not send enough power to the phone to keep it charged enough to finish a 2 hours movie. I returned it and purchased a USB Type-c to HDMI multiport adapter from Apple.

Didn't work on my Macbook Pro

I got this adapter since for some reason, Mac did not include a USB port on the model. I needed USB for a printer, but plugging the power cord into the Insignia just resulted in dead battery.
