Similar to the Apple adapters, but I like the lower price. I've had no issues with this adapter. Works as intended, and with the lower price, I give it 5 stars. Some knock-offs like this often come with reduced functionality. This is a pretty basic device. No known difference in quality or function that I've noticed.

This product works great. It is a cheaper option than the Apple brand.

Picked up this USB-C multiport adapter to get more use out of my iPad Pro. It works as now I can put my USB memory card reader from cameras and other devices and directly download media onto my iPad Pro. Also nice for projecting onto an HDMI capable monitor or TV.

Good price and works like a charm. I have read you cannot do the power pass through on this model and that is why it is half the price of a similar model. No problem for me but you may want to double check with customer service if that matters to you.

I make lots of PowerPoint presentations using my surface book to drive the content. But I never know what kind of connections I’m going to have. This block gave me the flexibility to deal with almost all connections. It seems pretty fail safe and has worked well for me. Wish it was a little less expensive.

Using it in my semi it get plugged in and unplugged alot and after about 2 months of heavy use the part that plugs into phone can get sensitive and if you wiggle phone it can lose connection. I reccomend you dont hold phone while it plugged in at all to maximize the life of this.

I got this to replace another (more expensive) multiport adapter from another manufacturer. That one frequently lost connection and required un-plugging and re-plugging. This is not good particularly when you have external drives attached. This Insignia unit has been perfectly reliable so far.

Compact and efficient and provides all the options I need

Very happy with this product. Many adapters like these usually suck and either don't work off the bat or break/stop working after like a month. This product so far has worked great. It even has enough power to connect a portable hard drive which is nice. It also feels sturdy and well made.

Insignia USB-C multiport adapter is excellent. I use it to watch movies and TV from my cell phone to a large TV. You can charge your phone while watching the movie. Other great uses as well.

It's great for what it is, if you need a USB and HDMI to your laptop or tablet, this can do it for you. Haven't tried the PD aspect of it, but sure it works too.

I've tried two of these and can only get one port to work at a time. I connect my phone via HDMI to my TV and had hoped the USB-C port would keep my phone charged, but it does not. I have a Samsung S10 and the USB-C from this device is extremely sensitive. If I gently pump it, I lose my connection to the tv. With a full phone battery and the device taped to the end table so it can't move, it works.
