Good for hdmi but does have a drawback.

Here is a challenge that caught me by surprise. If you plug your Apple USB-C with the charger, my MacBook Pro will not charge. Fortunately There are two ports. It will prove power through the USB-b to charge other devices including my iPhone.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I connect my Surface Pro with adapter the viewing is 4k and a beautiful image but when I connect my ipad 11 pro the screen is not 4k in fact the screen looks grainy and freezes after a few minutes. The description says it works great with either or but in reality it works great only with Windows. I recommend only for Windows users.
