When the product works, it's great. However, when it doesn't work - I find myself jimmying the HDMI input and USB-C output until it works. The slightest touch of the hand on the any part of the cable results in the HDMI cutting out for a few seconds before a 50/50 chance of the computer resuming as normal or repeating the jimmying process to get it work. I have a more expensive HyperDrive that works way better than this.

Did find that I needed to use the power port as driving an HDMI signal drains the phone quickly. This also works Nintendo Switch, but you will definitely need to use the Switch power supply or the TV just won't "see" the Switch.
