I use this for watching Netflix and DirecTV now on my TV through my phone. It works well however it does not keep my phone charged. So after a few hours my phone dies.

I bought this for work because my other cable wasn’t working and felt loose. I plugged this in, used every port and it works perfectly. I wish we could fit one more USB Port on there’s but obviously that would make it larger.

This has come in handy with my new HP Spectre laptop. It is very sleek but with that there is limited connections. The adapter helps add connection flexibility and can even be used with my tablet and smartphone.

I used this to charge my phone from my MacBooks battery. Also, this has an hdmi port so I plugged it into my TV and used it as an big monitor. I definitely recommend it.

Worked to connect my phone to my tv, and having a Galaxy, I was able to use Samsung Dex. Doesn't really keep your phone charged during though.

With all the changes to ports in technology this converter keeps your laptop current. Easy to use with good transfer speeds

I like this product. it does its job well. I did think it would be easier to use and thought I could plug it straight into a tv but its okay works well with laptop.

For some reason when I connect it to my laptop, I have to plug in and out a couple of times to be able to use the monitor. Not sure whether this is related to the monitor or the adapter...

On first used, the adapter worked flawlessly - I used 2 ports (the USB-C and HDMI). The second use however was less successful, the USB-C port seems to work find, but the HDMI doesn't want to work - I even attempted 2 different HDMI cables thinking maybe it was a cable issue. I thought that the price seemed almost too good to be true, this is one of those times that I feel like I should have just splurged for the true Apple product.

Works exactly as intended. Wish the cord was a bit longer and had one more USB port but that's ok. Works for exactly what I need it for: extending my display of my school laptop onto my second monitor.

Needed to use with a LattePanda board that used usb c power port for a second monitor out. Was able use the ports provided as well as the board power supply without a hitch.

This works OK. Has both a USB port, a HDMI port and a lightening port. It works for what it is supposed to do but was a little more expensive than I expected.

It does the job. It connects to my laptop allowing me extra ports. Little to no lag time. It does need to get warm, not hot, but I keep an eye on it because I'm like that. Wish the cord was a little longer.

When this works, no issues. The problem is, it doesn't always work. I find myself wiggling and jiggling the connection to get it to work. I have 4 USB-C ports on my MacBook Pro and the same problem happens in all 4 ports. I bought an Anker USB-C hub off Amazon and it works all the time, no wiggling and jiggling. Maybe I got a bad on from Insignia...

Awesome basic dongle for Mac products. Presents a fantastic value for money when compared to the Apple OEM version. Overall very happy with the look, feel and function of this dongle.

Classroom friendly necessity for every teacher. Works well and is durable.

This adapter is super handy! Overall, high quality. Unfortunately, sometimes you have to try several times to establish a connection.

Although I hate the need to purchase dongles for already expensive machines, this product gets the job done. Moreover, it’s cheaper than Apple’s brand.

Works ok, but limited in that it has only one connector of each type. If you have multiple devices with the same connector, you will need something else. Be very cognizant of what you actually need.
