    I had to use this to plug in an iPad into the back of a tv that didn't have decent connectors and it works just as I would expect it to.

    This adaptor does what it’s supposed to do. It does not overheat at all. I use it to connect me laptop to my external monitor.

    This adapter allows me to use my phone to watch programs on my television. I use it when the television I am using cannot receive programing, such as Netflix, which my cellphone can. If the set has a HDMI port, I use this adapter and an HDMI cable to solve the problem.

    Worked perfect with my macbook air right up until I lost it. I travel for work so this is not for me. I ended up getting a larger dock that i can't lose. If you're using it in one spot or can keep it plugged in this it's great.

    Exactly what I needed to add an additional monitor output on my laptop. My laptop has one HDMI output and this added a second so I can use 2 external monitors. Works as it should without issues.
