Great product for the price. This product works as it should, just remember to have a decent charge on the device that you use

The resolution on the display on my smart TV is awesome! The picture looks better than the one on my tablet.

Adapter was bought to connect my Lenovo android tablet to new tv bought June 2023 with hdmi cable, but unfortunately tablet is not compatible with hdmi I was told after taking it and other hadmi cables to Geek Squad at local store. I've since mirrored tablet to tv to do what I want for slide show to others at a meeting at my house.

Absolutely perfect. Plugged one end into the USB-C port on my MacBook and the other end connected to an HDMI cable connected to my LG OLED TV. Instantly the MacBook display is shown on the TV and looks beautiful. Love it!

Purchased 11/13/23, this and the same brand hdmi, (+$20) 01/30/24 now doesnt work/do anything. I purchased for what I was looking for and its purpose, - extending screens by simplest plug in and go, with zero ——>>> software installations/drivers added manually or automatic, as far as the item description, direction or package says or ‘reveals’. This is past the date of returns guideline. It did what I needed til now, now nothing. Ive tried replugging, turning around, switching usb c port, the hdmi without it and switching computer/hdmi. Hopefully whatever it is, is worked out and I can update if they get back to expected working order.

I wish I had one with more functions but all in all, this is a great single use replicator...

I need this part to show a presentation at my church. Best buy filled the order within 2 hours and I was able show the presentation with no problems. This item worked like a charm.

Unfortunately this is not a review for the USB-C to HDMI adapter. That is what I ordered online while I was working out of town. A few weeks later when I got home I saw it and set it aside. Just went to use it and found that I was sent a display port to HDMI adapter, not the USB-C to HDMI adapter that I thought i had ordered. I double checked the receipt to make sure that I didn't order the wrong adapter. I did actually order the correct adapter, as I have the receipt as proof. But was sent the wrong one, so I contacted support today to find that I won't be able to return it as it's been over 30 days. I should have waited to order it until I got back home or just went to the store to purchase one when I got back instead. I tried to get it returned through customer service. Went to the store first, they said I couldn't return it because it isn't what was on the receipt, so he suggested that I call their customer service number, so I did. They will not return it as it has been longer than the 30 days. But, really feel that they should have returned it as it was their mistake to send me the wrong adapter in the first place. So this is just a warning to anyone using their website or app, to make sure that you double check the products as soon as you get them (don't be out of town when you order unless you can get back in time to return it if something isn't right,) to ensure that you have the correct product and don't have to go through this annoying process, let alone that now I have a piece of hardware that I have no use for. Apologies for giving a 1 star rating on this product as I'm sure that it's probably a fine product. But this is what I ordered, and not what I received. This rating is more of a gripe on the customer service side of things, but I couldn't find a comments, concerns, or complaints area. So it ended up here, on a review for the product that I ordered. I considered going with a slightly more expensive product, but im glad i didnt, this converter works flawlessly and i suspect it will serve for many years of use.

Works as expected for both Mac and Windows computers.
