    I asked the Best Buy employee if this adapter was able to successfully transfer data to work with DEX on my Samsung phone, connecting my phone to a projector. I was hosting an outside Movie night and it was down to the wire. (My usual, working wire /adapter was misplaced. He assured me it would work. It didn't. It may work as a regular usb c to HDMI adapter, I don't know. It just won't work for the purpose I bought it for.

    Havent used it yet but for some reason i was having problems finding this elsewhere. Its perfect for what i need, phone to projector. Cant beat the price either

    Technically works as advertised. Turned my phone mirror screen into a desktop version on the TV. Quality is not higher quality and actually loses some. Ok product

    It's an ok device and works for it's purpose, don't be expecting miracles out of it, gets the job done, with some latency (but that might be related more to my PC since it doesn't have a proper Thunderbolt 3 adapter and obviously runs the adapter and HDMI cable), resolution and stability are ok. If you're planning to make this your daily I would rather tell you to look for a better option. If you don't really precise to have the best overall, and you just need for a few instances it'll work just fine
