My files are in alphbetically named folders. Then I created appropriately named subfolders. Next, I created folder identifying the client, then the project. This technique works very well for me.

This has been a huge help. I was able to import photos to my phone since it had a C drive and its fantastic.

You can even look at them on your phone or on a computer to get a better look at something you may have shot with a canon c-300
