So i found this convenient when all i could do is pull out the sim card & put it in the sim card slot & connect it to my macbook n retrieve the video footage. Easier than having to trouble trying.

I used it to transfer photos from my camera to my desktop. Worked way better than any other method for transferring the photos. Also love the flexibilty of having both USB-C and USB 3.0. I think If I could change anything on it the covers that go over the USB plugs would "snap" on so they feel less prone to coming off, but I've just been throwing it in my camera bag so it hardly matters.
