This is the 2nd one I've owned. The other one quit working after owning it about 4 years. So, for the price, it's been great. I don't have a computer, so this is the best way to transfer content and is super quick and easy.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.still can't get it to work, went by best buy a few days ago didn't have an appointment but I had my laptop just in case they could work me in .had a Dr. appointment ther in Auburn. the first person I talk with say's check with the geeks were not busy today they will help you out just go get your laptop and I did the fellow at the geeks desk says do you have an appointment no I don't, he hasn't been doing anything while I have been in the store so he blew me off I don't like this. seances ther not busy anyway best buy doesn't have any problems reaching in my bank account to help themselves for a help service for a year, I won't forget.
