I wish it had 2 ports for SD as that was main when looking for a new card reader, was being able to insert multiple SD cards, but i could t afford more. So it does the job at a good price!

The mp4 from the SD card easily transferred to my Windows computer with no problem. Also works with my Macbook. It's great to have both USB-A and USB-C options for transferring!

That being said, this thing is very easy to use. Just plug it in & insert the USB card. The pictures show up on your screen. I gave it 4 stars because I seldom give anything 5 stars.
