I have never noticed my PS4 getting any hotter or noisier than it usually is. Good if you want to clear some space in your entertainment center. The PS4 also looks awesome standing vertically.

The plastic does seem a little cheap so I wouldn't go lifting the PS4 up by the stand itself. You can't go too wrong for the price though.

Really Helps

After buying the stand the noise has subsided and its no longer as hot. The stand really helps and if you want to have a PS4 on its side, you definitely need this.

Only fits one way, but it's still great

Down side is that it's shaped to want to hold your ps4 with that light stripe going to the right. If the way you have your ps4 standing up is having the light bar facing to the left then the stand won't follow the lines of the ps4. It still works just fine having it on the opposite way. It just looks a little funny.
