Insignia™ - VGA to HDMI Adapter - White

VGA to HDMI, is not the same as HDMI to VGA. They only work one way. Signal quality from VGA to HDMI was unclear, fuzzy and very bad quality.

This is an unacceptable shopping experience. The first one was an Airpod, I wrote a report to Bestbuy and received zero response. For this product, I returned the product 2 hours later after purchased it. Why? because when I opened the box at home, inside was a mess. Warranty papers were crumpled. The bubble wrap around the product turned yellow.

Wrong item told to purchase by sale person.

Adapter did not Adapt

I subsequently purchased a new Samsung monitor from Best Buy which is compatible with the new computer. Best Buy did provide a refund/credit for this purchase.

Does not go HDMI to VGA - I had to return it.

I did ask an associate in the store if this adaptor would work for this and I was told it would. Unfortunately it did not work that way. Apparently this adaptor will only go from VGA to HDMI(not the reverse). I ended up returning this item. I'm sure it works fine for it's intended use.

Save your money

Yes it does work, it sends HDMI signal however the image is very blurry and it is not stable. It looks like the screen is shaking slightly when in use. For those reasons I cannot recommend this product.
