Great while it lasts

I had it by my bedside and used it to connect to several lights, Chrome Cast, and other devices. then one day, I noticed it said on the front, "LOaD". This is apparently what it does while it downloading updated software. Nothing could be done to bring it back. I researched the issue on Google and found out that this is a common problem. After a few weeks, II finally unplugged it and let it sit for about 3 weeks and it reset itself! I was able to get it back online and controlling things again. Then, two weeks later, it fell back into "LOaD" mode again - where it has remained ever since. It was great while it worked, but it didn't work very long.
