They look good and sound great but they never get firmware updates! When it comes to the latest Google assistant features, you will be left behind. If I had not destroyed the boxes, I would return them both.

I have had it for close to 6 months now and wasn't home for a week or so. The speaker wont connect to my internet. Initial setup was a breeze but now just sits and says cannot connect to internet. I have gone in google home app to redo but will not connect still. Very disappointed that I cant connect don't know what else to do. I have reset it and tried multiple time to no luck. if someone could help me that would be great. When it worked I loved it never had an issue with it....but now it wont connect to network and is basically useless.

This would have, in theory, allowed me to use both Alexa and Google as assistants. Unfortunately, I ended up returning this unit a couple of reasons. The primary reason I returned the unit was because of the poor audio quality. The speaker is fine to use as a Google assistant, but when you start to stream music through it, the quality is unbearable. The mids are muddy and there is horrible separation for the highs. Even if the other issues (including connectivity issues with an Amazon Echo Dot) were addressed, the audio quality is just unusable for music listening.
