I wish there was a way to completely shut off Bluetooth. The sound is good, at 90% you get plenty of volume and bass without the risk of blowing a speaker. I thought this was going to be too big on my nightstand, but I was wrong, it fits nicely. Google assistant needs to be more customizable, but this isn't the device's fault (its google's). Good alarm and I like that this device has a rechargeable battery for mobile use or for when you have an alarm on and the power goes off in the middle of the night.

Google assist with voice commands tells me alarm is set. Then she says there’s a glitch and cancels it. I’m sure issue is related to my lack of basic technology skills. Seems like it shouldn’t be so complicated. Way too much time spent troubleshooting and still cannot even set an alarm. Bummed. Worthless item for me.

Yes portable bit cumbersome. . I'd only recommend for someone with private home/office internet service (can't feed off a local provider as a guest) and space to maneuver if using for portability. Clock is extremely dim and small.
