Does not link with my Dish Network Hopper 3. I tried everything customer service recommended.

Feel let down by this product i wouldnt recommend this to anyone

It wouldn't even let me through the setup. I have read online in forums many people have the same issue. It comes with a note to perform a software update prior to use but I cant even get it connected to the internet to update. Now it's a paper weight. Thankfully I purchased it durring a great sale.

Returned it back, was what I expected, going to look for something else.

it will factory reset itself after a couple of days.

We have two other Google Mini’s and they work flawlessly in our home or when we have traveled. I brought it home and got it connected and working within an hour. In the next 18 hours, it quit working 6 times, having to be reset and restarted each time. I returned it to Best Buy.

The speaker is not very good. Anything with bass sounds bad.

Only had for a short time before returning. Most likely did not set something up right. Just could not get it to show anything but the clock while playing FM stations or pandora via bluetooth. If it is operator issue then I would be willing to change to five stars.

The speaker is fine but not if you want to connect it to your Google Home. It keeps disconnecting and the software updates only seem to confuse the speaker and it never finishes updates. Disappointed in this product.

I bought two of them. Problem is Bluetooth. It just does not work unless the the source bluetooth device is in 1 or 2 inch range and static. I called Customercare and wven they do not know what is the recommended Bluetooth range

Buttons don't work when you touch them. Volume will just randomly increase to 100% for no reason. Turns on and off for no reason. Just not a very good product. I can see why it's so heavily discounted these days.

Cannot be counted on as an alarm clock and though I like the design much better than Google it does not seem to be stable where my Google never losses connectivity this thing does a lot. Get an "err" on the screen.

Do not buy this item. I wanted it to be connected to my wireless router and i was told it can be connected. They were wrong . i had to connect it to a phone and refused. Save your money!!!!

I would never recommend this speaker to anybody. I exchanged it twice with Best Buy and it gives me problems such as not displaying the temperature and above everything it can’t set any alarms.

This item would respond intermittently, would start talking in the middle of the night, would not play the genre of song I was requesting. The "5 hour" battery would not last 5 hours. It was a dud.
