On sale, this thing is amazing. It's very loud, and sounds great. As for Google Assistant, it is really good. It doesn't have text messaging yet, but it CAN make phone calls. It's an awesome speaker.

It is a beautiful speaker. It worked very fine when I connected it to my laptop. Very easy to set up as well. The sound is good also, just not at high volumes. It's definitely worthy for its price!

The machine is a big google home but shows the time on the outside. A little confusing setting it up but after that has worked okay. Have not used it for long so not sure if it has bugs or not

This device is perfect and valuable for money. The speaker is very good and loud. Easy to install. Bluetooth connection allows to play from multiple devices. Excellent job insignia.

Works perfectly as described online. Good sound. Very easy to set up. Excellent price. Phone app is very easy to follow instructions. I told a buddy about this after which he bought one and loves it.

Good sound for the size, like the clock, like the battery life. Don't like the fact that I can't turn the clock off, too bright at night, though the brightness can be turned down.

mainly bought this for my wife to use in the kitchen. she loves it. i hit a home run lol. works very well for recipe questions etc. haven't used it as portable but nice added feature. sound is great.

I bought this smart speaker while it's on sale. Very good price and the built and packaging quality is outstanding. Setup is very easy. Pretty much the same as the Google Home product. The speaker's bass is a bit on the weak end but the clarity is very good. I used it to pair with the Google Home speaker as a group. Even though it's not coming out in stereo but this improves both speakers' total sound quality. The time display is definitely is a big plus. Wish the temperature display is permanent. Not sure why Insignia took the capability away after the firmware update. Hopefully Insignia will change it back in a future firmware release.

Surprisely great and loud sound with the size of this speaker. It is easy to set up, takes about a min or so. Great for time and temperature reading and Google voice comment works well.

I am more than amazed on what this speaker is capable of. We knew it had Google assistant but didn't expect we'd use it on a daily. Great size, amazing sound, and to top it off...is portable!!!

This speaker did more than I first thought. It works seemlessly with my Google Home. The sound is clear and can be loud when needed. Will buy another if I can get this deal. Best deal.

Had my old alarm clock for 30 years - and WOW what an upgrade. Couldn’t beat the $29.99 price. Love this product. Play music, set alarm, ask questions at night and more. Definitely recommend

Sound is great, love the portability. The only issue is that is disconnects from my wifi every few days. (other Google home products stay connected unless power/wifi outtage).

These are wonderful google assist devices, they sound fairly decent for the price paid. They work well, I like the clock, which also displays the temperature when asked. Very easy to setup.

I like the fact that this can be moved around because he has a rechargeable battery inside of it it’s a lot louder than the original Google Home and the LED clock on the front is Icing on the cake

Got this to listen to music I have on my phone in better quality and to have an alarm clock. It world's great. Haven't used Google assistant function much but I guess nice to have option right there.

Good quality of speaker sound for the price. Google assistant works well and keep improving. Only issue is some shutting on slow piano music from Google Play misic or Spotify.

The sound is nice and google is always good but would like to see the outside temp displayed. The blu tooth works well and listening to both at the same time sound really good.

got this on sale a while back. worth every penny. speaker sounds good and Google voice assistant works every time. being a portable wireless speaker is a great feature.

I have mostly Alexa devices at home but I saw this one on deal of the day at Best Buy and immediately bought it. The sound quality for playing music is better than the equally priced Alexa version. I put this in our bathroom to serve as a clock and smart speaker. It’s responsive to voice commands (used mostly to stream music from Pandora and to ask about weather). The blue light from the digital clock was soft and not annoying in the dark. I’d really rather just see the current temperature on the screen instead of having to ask it but it’s not a deal breaker for me. The temperature display only comes on briefly after asking it to but doesn’t stay on for long.
