control lights and just about anything else with your voice or app on phone. how can you live without this?

Easy set up no problèms as of yet. Like that you can Turin it off with the switch on thé unit itself.

This device is well worth the money. Easy setup. Also very easy integration with Alexa for voice control.

Overall a fun product. Kinda difficult to set up, patience is key. Had a lot once I got it going. I can now have Alexa make me a cup of coffee

Goes offline to many times. App would go from my wi-fi to insignia wi-fi then would not connect to either. Always have to factory reset device. Gets annoying when your plugs won't turn lights on.

Easy to use & easy to install. Great for lights, especially Christmas lights.

I have not used it yet. I am waiting for my mini that I ordered on line and it goes with my Google Home. Then I will set up and up date my review.

Easy to set up and now so nice to simply walk unto a dark room and ask Alexa to turn the lamp on!

The switch works as expected, can turn it on or off via wifi. However, disconnects too many time, once or twice a week, and you have to reset it.

Very easy to set up with Google Home and with the app that is also available. I am happy with this purchase

After following directions - even the troubleshooting guide - I could not get the switch to connect with my network. Brand new router so it wasn't the router. Called tech service and they couldn't figure it out either. Ending up buying TD Link switch and in setting this up I think I figure out the issue...The TD Link switch will only connect to a 2.4 connection. When I tried to connect I received a prompt telling me the connection needed to be password secured. Once I update connection with a password everything worked fine. All this to say, I am guessing this was the issue with the Insignia. Except that there was no documentation to tell us (me or tech svc) that.

Smart plugs are working well. Also I added them to my Alexa app so I now just tell Alexa to turn on items.

For the cheaper price they work well. Would buy these before the higher priced ones any day. Easy to use.

Very useful when it's working. Set up was horrible had to constantly reset app and plug to get them to pair within the app. At times it decides it doesnt want to be paired with the app even after a repair and moved to a different outlet.

This works well with alexa. However, compared to the wemo outlet i got from amazon then this only gets 3 stars. My wemo is very fast and the insignia works but isn't as fast. I will keep this item but not repurchase and instead will get a wemo.

Works great with our Alexa and google home. Especially walking in with full hands and can't turn the switch
