OK, but not as good as others

Just buy another brand.

Works great, set up is a nightmare

I had read the reviews about trouble setting it up, but had deals with best buy so it was only going to cost me $7. Spent 90 minutes one day trying to get it set up. Searched for help, tried every suggestion, but couldn't get it to work. Eventually got frustrated enough that I just left it on the counter for about 2 weeks. Got 2 other smart plugs for Christmas and decided to give it another try. Worked in less than 5 minutes and has been fine ever since.
