    Maybe it was me but i couldn't get it to work or connect to my phone. I eventually gave up. Its now just sitting in a box in my closet.

    Plug works fine, had little trouble hooking up, the app was junk, then they did an upgrade and it is a -100. poor poor poor, I got extended so I will be talking to manager to return this junk, get the other brand, who cares about their app. I did not realize this was a BB item, or I would not of bought knowing it is manufactured for them, or however its placed in production. Get the wemo app is way better, more options within the app.

    The smart plug is excellent or should I say was excellent it works great works as advertised however it's no longer supported by the company so you cannot sync it to your apps or your Google home so basically it's useless now but as a whole it worked as advertised until it was unsupported.
