Great product until iOS App was updated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Insignia Smart Plug connections instructions aren't clear but once I figured it out, it worked perfectly. Recently there was an update to the application that caused the connections to be unstable and when I contacted Insignia about the application, they informed me that Android app update should fix it but they don't know when the iOS Update would be. So, for the past 3 weeks, I have been having to use my normal wall switch instead of the smart feature.

Natural Addition for Our Growing Smarter Home

Had to get a bit of help from BB during a home visit to pair one of them farthest from the router and I connected it to the wrong channel on our router the first time. Functions perfectly now and we are looking at more Smart Home devices.
