Great price, but setup is impossible

When I got home the setup was impossible. After 1 hour of trying and not being able to complete the process. I returned the 3 devices for the Wemo brand and it works just fine. you get what you pay for

Very disappointed Insignia App no longer support

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy has Discontinued the Insignia app for Apple that controls this switch, so can’t use switch any more. No other smart home apps are compatible with this switch. Can’t get a full refund. Complete waste of money now and never able to use for holiday lights as planned. Very disappointed.

Works great until it doesn't.

You will learn how bad insignias app is when you need to troubleshoot. Now the device doesn't even turn on anymore. It must be made with really cheap components. I would not trust this Device to run any appliances out of fear of it being a fire hazard.
