There are dozens and dozen of reviews with 1 star on the App Store because everyone is experiencing the app not working. Returned all of them. No way will I be embarrassed Christmas Day when family and friends can’t even install this with the app!

One by one, they all failed, then the website was shut-down. Lucky, I had the Geek Squad guarantee to partially cover my loss.

Works almost as good as my Wemo

I have it connected with my Alexa. Interestingly enough, it works very quickly when i put it in a group, instead of trying to control it by itself.

It probably will blossom with some more control sophistication but for now and what I am planning to use it for, its sufficient. I read that it can integrate with the Alexa and Google Home. That is a big plus IMO.

You need to remember to turn off data to set up the plug since the phone switches between wifi and data at will. After that, no problem. The switches even came back after a power outage with no help from me.
