Connects easily but sometimes loses connectivity. Easy to fix but annoying

It worked for a day, then could not get it to "talk" toy lamp. Returned.

The Insignia Wi-Fi plug in my kitchen does what it needs to do and is very convenient in turning the light on and off automatically. I will more than likely purchase another one of these units.

Their are a lot of cheaper alternatives that perform the same task

Connection issues , not following the working schedule to underrated performance , this product dropped the ball ! I returned and didn’t partake in that category again ! I suggest sticking to other name brands for smart home connection needs

The wifi smart plug's signal is not stable. It often does not connect to units.

the smart plug is handy for turning my bedside lamp on and off while in bed or when I first come in the room. I liked it so well that I bought a second plug to use with another light.

Bought this item, set it up like the instructions, and it worked like a charm. Just make sure that you have a great wifi signal or else it won't work

Device is ok. Goes off line quite a bit. Not a bad item for its cost.

I was using the smart plug for my Christmas lights. It worked fine for a week. Everyone was so impressed. Then one foggy night the lights went on but they never went off. I looked at the switch it was over heated even though it was rated for 15amps and I was only using 3.5 amp. I returned back.

This wifi plug is great! I need 3 for each room of my house!! I have 2 so far. I can tell Alexa on my Echo Dot to turn off the living room TV or to Turn on/off the stereo. Love it!

Very hard to program and to figure our programming with instructions

I have 4 of these smart plugs for lamps around my house. They turn on the lamps at different times of the evening, You can operate it from your cell phone. So handy!

I have two of these plugs. They work great. Some times there is some lag when turning the light on and off with the app. Works great with google home. Very happy with the purchase!

I have several of these. This year I am using them to turn on my Christmas tree and other decorations. You can control them from the insignia connect app or Alexa. :)

Product works as expected when it's working but the app is very poor. The app doesn't work half of the time if it does it's unstable. You can't add multiple devices on one home within the app. For the price I paid for it, I can deal with the unstableness hopefully the app will be improved at some point.

I want to link up my home in order to voice out commands. Which can get expansive if you buy the other name brands. With this Insignia plug I get a great smart plug on the cheap!
