At first I didn't think I would get much use of this but after using it for a week I don't know how I ever did without it. Its so easy and convenient

This wasn't the easiest device to set up. It took a while to get the wifi set up and the app kept erroring out. Then once I set the app up, the device doesn't actually turn on and off based on how it is set up. This device was a let down from the app to the functionality.

The application that you download doesn't always work. There is an error message every 1/3. I bought four outlets and returned them all.

The Insignia Wifi Smart Plug is everything you need it to be. The app works flawlessly with the device and the additional Alexa support makes it a wise purchase.

Rather bulky, lots of other that are sleeker. Charges ok.

I use the plug for my living room lamp and bedroom lamp. It works perfectly through the app on my phone. I also have an echo and it works great with the echo too.

This is our 3rd smart plug of the same brand. We use it with our Amazon Echo for turning on and off two table lamps and a floor lamp. Works great. Would recommend it.

Purchased these for the price $15 we came home to quickly set them up and use however, we had issues with the app connecting to the plugs. We returned one since we figured it was a bad one still could not function correctly we decided to just return everything.

I used these for indoor Christmas lights and a tree paired with a Google home. After setting everything up haven't had troubles and dies what I wanted it for.

Bought these to control my Christmas decorations, and boy was my wife Happy! Use a couple to control lamps throughout the home. Best investment in a while.

I bought this item to work with Alexa. I didn't work work well. Sometimes it would take a minute or two to respond and other times it didn't respond at all. Returned it and bought the iHome plug. This works fine.

Had a hard time hooking it to WiFi to use as a timer

I had bought a different brand and couldn't get it to link. This works just like I intended. I will be buying more for my house and maybe some for gifts. I love it!

This works great. We have it hooked up through our google mini's, so now when we want the lamp turned on, we just ask google to turn it on for us.

Inorder to use you must be logged into your Best Buy account ...to use the app to turn the item on and off. The app would constantly ask you to log back on and several times their network was down so I was unable to log on to control my devices. I eventually returned it.

My boys have fun with the alexa. Very easy to usse

I bought the smart plug together with my Echo. I had a little problem trying to figure it out. After I Google how to set it up with the Echo it worked great.
