Unit works and easy to setup- i added to google home and is recognized. This will save you money and control any appliance or light connected to it.

I have tried setting up this plug several times and it will not connect to the network. I had hoped to save some money and not get the wemo or other smart plug, but this one was a bust.

Had a lot of difficulty connecting this product. Every avenue I tried did not work. I could only get so far in the process and finally returned for products I had previously used and connected.

I had an issue getting a second plug to connect, but once it is connected you can control it from the smart phone app and set multiple schedules

After multiple attempts of get it set up, a call to the help center indicated the app was defective. The company offered me a Best Buy gift card and were to notify me when the app was fixed.

Bought this item about a year ago and it’s still functions. Love the the way to connect your account is through your bestbuy account.

I was unable to get it connected to the Wifi. I spent an hour on the phone with Insignia with no positive results. I have other ones from different brands and had no issues with connection.

I loved this wifi plug, it made turning the Christmas Tree off and on way easier. I didn't have to move the tree or furniture to turn tree off and on.

After many wasted hours of trying to get this plug to work, it would just not budge. I was unable to connect and get it working. I ended up taking a loss and bought a different smart plug.

Put on the Christmas tree and now moving to another location - like the app and the fact this one alerts me if the ISP / WiFi connection drops

Well this product works just like the description on the box said, Therefore I would recommend this product for everybody and anyone

I plugged this in for my outdoor lights- the plug in is in a protected area. It works great to turn my landscaping lights on and off.

I have this attached to a lamp in my living room. I need it to turn the lamp on when it gets dark. Then it turns it off at night, works great!

It works are first with alexa but then after a couple of hours, it no longer seems to stay connnected with my echo plus. No clue why. Reset multiple times and ending with the same problem.

Love this smart plug I have it hooked up to my coffee machine and all I have to do is ask my google to start the coffee maker its awesome

Love it! I use it for turning on lights hands free. Works with the echo and android phones. Definitely going to expand on wireless set up.

These are totally awesome. You can automate anything. No more getting up to turn on the fan. That cheapo coffee pot , anything.

I have two of these. The first everything was easy to set up. The second one was a total nightmare. I had to delete the app and reload it and reset the switch several times. Just spend the extra money and get the hue bulbs and a bridge

An inexpensive smart-plug solution with a very useable smartphone application. Works great on my home network or from thousdands of miles away.

Recieved last Christmas along with my google home system to help me due to my disability, it worked great for just over a month then it became unreadable by the insignia app and by my google home. Dont waste your money..
