When i leave the house i turn off all zombie appliances that includes wifi router... I guess the insignia wifi doesnt like that it goes into a flashing mode and needs a reset when i come back home... No thanks goodbye

This is a very basic smart home device, but it's​ an inexpensive introduction into smart home products. it's easy to setup too.

I wasn't sure how it would work, but now I don't see how I lived without it. I got it to use with my Christmas tree.

This is so great for the elderly, sick, and handicapped. Something less for family to worry about also just plain convenient

It will not work this Alexa any more! They stop supporting it and their app. I bought 2 for $30 each and got only $20 back. A rip-off! Don’t buy!

had a little trouble setting it up. The problem was my router. Once setup it works great and also compatible with alexa.

I was almost done with Christmas shopping but lacking something nice to put in the stockings. These really did the trick.

Will not stay connected!!!!! ‘This product doesn’t stay connected. You will get frustrated with the multiple tries! Don’t waist your money or time. I hate I did!

Kept losing connection and the finally lost connection altogether. Called the manufacturer and they said eventually an update would be released. No thanks.

I really like it but I've had the app fail a couple of times I bought one Black Friday and I'm about to buy 3 more cool product

I was able to install the device initially without any problems and it worked for a few days. But since then has become undependable losing its Wi-Fi connection every day or so. At least my phone tells me so I know it isn't working. Unfortunately because of this I really don't feel like I can depend on it to fulfill my needs as to why I purchased it in the first place. I wish now I would have purchased another brand. I have even moved it to an outlet only 8 feet from my router and it is no better. I don't think my router is the problem as none of our phones, tablets, or computers have Wi-Fi issues.

I have really enjoyed adding this wifi smart plug to my smart house. It works as advertised and is so very useful!

Bought this because it was cheap and needed something to wirelessly control indoor Christmas lights. Works like a charm

Tried to connect with my home WIFi using their app on iPhone and it went in to infinite loop of connecting. What a waste of time and I would not recommend to anyone

The convenience of being able to operate my electronics and lights is fantastic. All done from my smart phone or iPad.

Works great once it gets installed. Had some trouble getting it ready to connect. Otherwise 2 trys later..... AWESOME!
