    This smart plug is bulky compared to others. The mobile app is a disaster and it kicks me out every now and then. There are better smart plugs than this, don't waste your money.

    Downloaded the app just fine tried to connect to the Internet many times it would not connect but a different brand connected with no problem

    The app is not good, it is not able to allow me to set up the plug so I can control it. Used iPhone 6, 8 and iPad. All failed to finish the setup.
