Stopped working after a couple of months

Stopped support, so now device doesn't work!

The most frustrating part is that when I try to go to the website connected to BESTBUY it won't accept my password, in fact, if my password is 5 spaces, when I put it in it shows double. When I try for assistance, the email doesn't come. I thought that this device would be good for years. I used it last year, and now it is just an oddly shaped paperweight.
