    I was truly excited to use these wirelessly controlled plug instead....I tried using the Connect app first....no success. I tried to use the Google Home in conjunction with the Connect app....no success. I studied forums and articles that spoke to identical issues...no success. Tech support threw their hat into the ring and basically advised me to try the process I had tried several times until it would supposedly work. It never did. So back to Best Buy it has to go sadly.
