Works with Alexa only occasionally

Now Alexa can't discover it. I've tried all the trouble shooting steps - factory reset, disable/reenable the Insignia Connect skill, more than 20 times - nothing. Spent hours on the phone and chat with Best Buy and Amazon support - no luck. These are less expensive than other smart plugs but the support isn't there. Recommend you look elsewhere for smart plugs.
