Would not set up on my Note 8 but it did on my iPad but had issues. Once it set up everything works great

App Crashes on multiple devices. So you can't use if you can't setup.

Tried 5 times to connect and was never successful. This thing sucks

It worked but not a very user friendly setup. You would have to give away your wifi password for this.

Although I downloaded the App, I was unable to get this product to work.

Couldn’t get the plug to connect to the app to even try to use it.

Losses connection to router, delayed reaction in App and in Alexa.

Worked last year I thought for my christmas lights. . . no longer works. No notice that it wouldn't work any more. Not sure I trust this brand any more as the app no longer works. The website it refers to me doesn't work. Any bets on if the phone number it refers me to works?

Loses internet connection too often. I would recommend others.

Easy to install and connect to google home However after certain usage it started slowing down in response (even though Google Home gave acknowledgement of the task asked for for e.g. Turning on Bedroom lights etc.) After a month regardless of whatever command google home gave their was no effect. Had to remove it

Setup for this device is difficult to say the least. Sometimes the setup wouldn't even reach the point where it was ready to connect to wifi and other times it would not connect to my wifi. I had to factory reset the device 5 times. I was almost ready to return it until it finally connected. My suggestion, find a different product.

Only worked sometimes, didn't work with our Google Home.

It worked for one day. Had to return it and got a Wemo.

I have several other smart plugs and smart devices. This is the worst. I spent over and hour trying to pair this. After two days and many attempts I gave up. I would love to return this but I waited to long. The Wemo & iHome work great. The iHome is only a few dollars more than the insignia brand and pairs in seconds to Apple & Android.

I wanted to use it to turn on/off my TV, but couldn't determine how. Works fine for a lamp.

After 2 returns told not supported by ios11- ridiculous

I spent over an hour trying to set it up and finally emailed for support. I sent a list of everything I'd tried and everything they could possibly ask about my phone, etc. They emailed back suggestions, basically everything I said I'd done. No other help available. No other brand of Alexa linked automation has been a problem.
