Not a very good product

This would be great if the d-pad was any good

It registers the wrong direction every once in a while, and occasionally keeps registering the last direction after being released. This makes playing any game where precision is required (e.g. Dr. Mario) pretty much impossible.

D-PAD DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY

Buttons seemed to work, but the broken d-pad makes games unplayable on the NES Classic. Best Buy needs to pull this from the shelves, as it is a defective product. I returned this the same day.

Generic Frustrations

However, after opening the new controllers they did not respond properly. For instance on Super Mario you would press jump button and it would wait about a second before jumping or just would not jump at all. Every one of the controllers had this problem.
