This is a great alternate controller to use with the NES Classic since the Nintendo ones did not last long. Bonus is it comes with a 10 foot chord so there is no need to purchase the extension cable for it either.

Bought this controller due to Nintendo not making a secondary controller. It works just like original plus it has a longer cord.

The longer cord is definitely perfect for the NES classic, I just wish that Nintendo had done this with their own controller without the need to by an extension cable. Definitely a must have!

Bought this as a 2nd controller for the classic mini NES. It works well and looks okay. I recommend saving your original nintendo controller and using this one instead. The original will be worth more eventually.

I ordered this so I could play with 2 players as the system I got only came with one. This controller actually works better than the one that came with the system. and the cord is longer.

It's apparently the only option for a second controller. The cord is long enough so you don't need the extension so that's nice.

This controller is just like the original controller that comes with the system except it comes with a 10ft cord. No need to buy the extension you need for the original controller.

These are much better than the one that comes with the console. The wireless ones arent great, so this was the best compromise.

Needed this extra controller as the official Nintendo ones are very difficult to find. Does the trick, no issues so far.

Bought this controller to add on to my NES Classic, and I have had no problems with it. The cord is much longer than the controller that is included, so an extender is not necessary.

It is impossible to find extra Nintendo Classic controller so I was so happy to find this aftermarket controller that isn't terrible looking and works well.

Solid add-on. Other than the obvious color difference, there is no noticeable difference from the include controller. Longer cable is nice.

This controller gives you the 10 foot length you need without having to buy an extension.. Plus it's cheaper then having to buy the extra controller and let's be honest good luck finding an original..

The only con is that all the NES titles are not on it. But it’s a great item to have even if your not s big gamer. It’s enough fun for all ages. Even the younger kids like playing it.

Since the official controller is impossible to find, this is the closest thing you can get to it in terms of size and looks. The 8ft cord is so much better than the length on the official one too.

Bought second controller for the NES Classic Edition. The NES console only comes with one controller. This controller from Insignia works well with our NES! Great purchase!

Great length of cord, but the buttons are a bit off compared to the real deal, and the up button is a bit sensitive.

Does not have the full classic look but it works for what I need it to do; cord is a good length too.
