    For a after market, works good. Not long range, maybe 10ft. At most. But recommend no more then 5.

    Insignia usually dies a pretty good job of delivering a reasonably quality product for a very low price, but this controller is another story. I've had to exchange two of them. Got the wifey 2 for Christmas and one would not work, its replacement did not work, and its replacement has a little bit of lag on the input. If you get one that doesnt work, keep exchanging it so that Insignia bites the cost on its quality issue.

    Do Not Buy! First two days of using this work great, was able to sit on my couch about 15 feet away from my SNES Classic with no input lag. On my third day of using it, It will randomly discounted or get locked on the last button. I figured at first it was the battery, which mean this just has poor battery life, but replaced the included batteries with brand new Ravoc. Same thing, went to Best Buy got a pack of Insignia AAA. Same thing is happening. Only way I can get this controller to work is if I am about 4 feet away from my SNES Classic.
