These headphones are constantly losing connection, even when close to the transmitting device. When it reconnects an annoying voice with a British accent says "your device is connected". Unfortunately if you buy these headphones you will hear this message every 5 to 10 minutes. I will likely use my plug-in headphones, research other products, and purchase better quality headphones that work.

I've been using these headphones for about 2 months now. The first week was ok but after that I started to notice people on the other end could hear everything in the background. very annoying when I'm at work using headphones to conduct business. Its at the point now to where I only use them to listen to music. Noise cancelling SUCKS. BATTERY LIFE SUCKS. THIS PRODUCT SUCKS. A waste of $25. Corner store headphones is a better product that this.

Works great with no problems, I can hear it very well and is comfortable to wear.

Great product for the price. It's just as good as the other brands and half the cost.

Can't take the heat ! power down when it get hot not good in Miami

All I can say Wireless In-Ear Headset will NOT pair to my cell phone, but will pair with my laptop computer. When using them with my computer the sound through the Wireless In-Ear Headset is raspy sounding. I'm taking them back to the store for a refund. Not worth the price.

I have been through 4 different earbuds with the warranty and they all break down within a month. I can hear out of one ear, and the sound is choppy. There's no noise cancellation so any background noise is magnified and you cant hear anything. Insignia WONT GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY. I'M UPSET.

For the amount of money that I invested into these "insignia wireless bluetooth behind the head ear buds" I am GREATLY disappointed. SYNCED with my mobile & lap top device. Its about as bad as a tin can w/ a string. These things are comfortable and the audio quality is excellent for phone conversations. However... Listening to music/movies. These are garbage, Im so disappointed that I went and made an account to complain about these.

Unfortunately, I had to return because callers said I was distance and muffled. Had to put the microphone right by my mouth to be heard. Sound was fine, but I really wanted it for handsfree phone calls too.

I ordered this headset, and it arrived on time. However, when I hooked it up to my phone, the microphone didn't work. Insignia's solution? Return it to Best Buy. I'll get a different manufacturer, this time.

Out of the box the rubber has a long tear on the cushioned part of the headset. Also, I love the way they claim it picks up "up to 33 ft". Yeah right. Mine cuts out less than 3 feet from my computer. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.

Extremely unhappy with sound quality. Switched from LG Tones to these. Right out of the box it sounds as if the speakers are blown. Music is muffled and calls sound crackled and broken. Taking back to the store and getting another pair of LGs

These headphones are great for listening to music and such but don't expect to use it for hands free calling. Zero noise cancelling and the person on the other end can not simply continue on with the conversation.

Sound quality is good, has a full sound. Bluetooth loses connectivity when walking around a large area, which defeats the purpose of having them.

Not a terrible headset, but volume isn't real loud.

Blind husband needs a headset that he won't lose and can use both to receive AND SEND calls. Geek Squad said this item will only call out to most recent contact.

I am on my THIRD set of this headphone and once again it just completely stopped working out of the blue. I had to return the first one within 3d days because it stopped working. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I went and bought another pair with the warranty. Well not two weeks later, that one stopped working. I took it back and exchanged it for yet another one. INSIGNIA THREE STRIKES, YOU ARE OUT!! THIS PRODUCT COMPLETELY SUCKS! It isn't even worth the hassle of continually having to return it to the store. I workout hard and i sweat hard and these headphones are NOT good!

This Bluetooth doesn't stay charged and when I turn it off it's still showing it's on. I will never buy this product again!!!

I bought these for my dad as a gift and he enjoys them. Thats all he uses all the time.

The battery collar is a little weighty, but sound quality is decent.
