A: Yes it can charge in the outlet But it is a piece of junk Stop working after three days.

A: I have had mine for 6 months and they last over 10 hours on a full charge. And only take a bit over 2 hours to charge.
Q: how do i reset the bluetooth?
A: This headset can remember up to 6 paired devices at a time. You cannot reset the headset. If you are wanting to pair to a new device, simply follow the pairing process to get it successfully paired. Press and hold (call) to enter pairing mode. The LED blinks red and blue. Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within 33 ft. (10 m) of your headset. Turn on your Bluetooth device, turn on Bluetooth, then set your device to pairing mode. For more information, see the documentation that came with your Bluetooth device. On your Bluetooth device, select NS-CAHBTEB01. A: ONLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE BLUE TOOTH ON YOUR SET.... MY SET DOES NOT HAVE BLUE TOOTH AND I BOUGHT A VERY LOW COST BLUE TOOTH CONVERTER FOR MY TV.
Q: Does this device have caller id?
A: No there is no caller ID. Unless your phone announces your calls out loud, then that would be heard through them. But there are basically just a wireless headset.
