$40 deal of the day, pretty amazing for the price. The sound quality is quite good and the noise canceling works as well as my $300 Sonys. The ambient sound mode picks up way too much outside noise but I rarely use that.

I've never owned a pair of Bose headphones so I don't know if I'm missing anything. I'm happy, besides how much time does anyone have to sit with a pair of headphones on? Now, I want to use them to answer calls while driving. I love my car but it is rather noisey/tin can sounding inside.

I bought these because my ears became slightly tender from earbuds and my Bose earbuds went out. The sound quality is exceptional for the price I paid and the noise cancelation is a major deal. It helps conceal almost all outside noise and let's you focus on just whatever is coming from your headset.

Clear sound. Also, it is a nice fit; not too heavy.

The headphones produce very good sound but tends to be on the low side. Also the fit is kind of tight for my head. But all in all it is the best wireless headphones I have tried and the noise canceling feature is great.

Was apprehensive at first but decided to give it a go due to the value. Am very pleased with the purchase. Has the look and feel of headsets that are a hundred more in cost. Noise cancelling not too bad. Would buy again.

Ear cup rotation is a little sketchy. Sound is good, but the isolation is odd. Isolation blocks certain noises but not all, don't know why. Operation is ok, and pairs good. Would recommend if you're looking for a cheap alternative.

    Why Pay More

Why pay more for expensive other brands where most people won't notice any sound quality difference. I was pleasantly surprised that, for one, stood up to my puppy chewing on them before even being used, and second, how well the noise cancellation worked and the sound/bass quality. A+++

I enjoy my new headphones. I sweat a lot when I workout, so in ear buds fall out. First time trying over ear head phones. I love using them for my runs too. I wish the volume could go up a little more but I guess it’s a good thing. Technically I shouldn’t be blasting my music when I’m running solo.

You would be hard pressed to find a better set of headphones that have noise canceling for the same price. Has more advanced features in $300 headphones and I will be recommending these to anyone who is traveling and can't shell out the money for Bose or Sony. Not the best headphones if you are an audiophile.

You get what you pay for. This is a cheap pair of noise cancelling headphones. So you don'tget 100% noise cancelling. Noise still comes through. As headphones for listening though, they work just fine.

Bought them for a trip to use on the plane. Totally took all the noise away from my location! I decided to use them when I do the yard...another 5 Star performance! I could her my music instead of the mower and trimmer. I just bought a second pair while they’re on clearance.

My wife bought me these as a gift, I restore vintage audio gear as a hobby. I am really impressed with the noise canceling. I liked them so much I bought her a pair as a gift. They are mid level as far as price range but truely out performed some of the units that were twice the price.

I tend to break my headphones pretty easily, so i didn't want to pay $300 for some noise cancelling headphones. Though generic, these do a good enough job without me worrying about having a bunch of money go down the drain.

Good value for the price, especially on sale. Will never be mistaken for the higher end sets, but does the job. I've used a number of Insignia products in the past and always work as advertised.

The noise canceling is so good, I can’t hear myself talking, well I can, but muffled. So, no good to use with my phone or computer to talk to anyone, but pretty good to listen to music, movies, etc.

My son needed a new set of headphones. Who knew that noise canceling would be a reason for me to raise my voice (because he can't hear me yelling for him). So yes, that works. He was easily able to connect them to his phone and computer. He raves about them.

I got these headphones so I could listen to programs on my iPad while my wife was listening to TV. She likes that and I can hear my videos with very little distraction from her programs. Very comfortable as well. Thanks to the employee who helped me get the right device for my needs.

These are my first noise canceling headphones and I'm not sure I'm a fan. I wasnt expecting much for the price but they ended up going back as they weren't even worth the clearence price. They felt light and of decent quality but the Bluetooth sound was so bad, I could not even recognize voices using them for teams/skype chats. Using the wire plugged into my phone they sounded better, and plugged into a dac they sounded somewhat good! My main issue was they caused me ear pain which I think is caused by the anc, which didn't do much to actually block noise.
