Disappointing

I had to keep turning them on, which was frustrating. And when I listened to books on my phone, it sounded very grainy. I returned it right after I got back from my trip. Very disappointed.

Not comfortable for me

It was not as comfortable as I would have like it so I returned it back to the store and purchased a different one which is working very well. It may be a different story for someone else but for me, I did not like the comfort level.
