Past The Point of No Return

The sound just drops out for a moment, then returns. I tried un-pairing then pairing again. No improvement. Next I'll try a hard wire connection. Today is 05/26/20. I could have returned them up to 05/14/20. Oh well.

Cheap sound

Mediocre headset microphone

I can hear callers fine but they can barely hear me. Most say that I sound garbled. If you need a microphone headset, get one that has a microphone that extends to your mouth. This one has a built in microphone that is ineffective.

Poor sound quality,

Everything has a muddy sound to it, and the mids and highs are particularly bad. I'm not sure what I expected out of a 50$ pair of cans, but I guess you get what you pay for. These are definitely being returned.

Dont buy it

The battery goes down in a day or two and takes forever to charge. The noise cancellation is bare minimum, barely feel the difference. The audio cable is too small. I would like to return but i opened and threw away the box. Now i am stuck with using these. Better to just buy a cheaper non-Bluetooth and non-noise cancelling headphones. At least the sound would be better. Waste of $50, i though it was some special deal from BestBuy but the reality is these headphones are worth $10

Nice sound

I was on vacation and couldn’t use them on the plane because they wouldn’t recharge. Red light came on and immediately went out. No charging took place. Had to get a new set.

Does Not Stay Turned On

I, too, had the problem of the headphones turning off automatically after roughly 5 minutes. Meaning the noise cancelling turned off after 5 minutes! For the first flight I used these headphone on, everything was fine. I used them for a couple hours: the length of a movie. The second time I used them is when the turning off after 5 minutes started. I also found it very annoying that in order to turn on noise cancelling, I had to turn on Bluetooth. I did not use the Bluetooth functionality, I used the audio cord.

Not the best sound at all

The noise cancellation also seem to give off a sound that was really unbearable for me. I would not recommend this product.
