It turns out that you can not use this with a d3300 without having a WiFi accessory. But good overall

After getting my new camera, I took so many pictures. After reviewing, all my great shots I realized I was in very few pictures. This remote has allowed me to become part of the memories that I capture. Only drawback is it needs direct line of sight to operate the camera, but if you are crafty you can get the picture taken and no one is the wiser

Purchased for my wife as a replacement for a lost one. Was hesitant at first with it not being Nikon. She was impressed and happy with the insignia product.

I have a Nikon D3500 camera and this remote is working perfectly without any problem. With a good distance it is working perfectly fine.

This remote is an excellent buy for the cost. It enabled me to set up photos and be in them too without running to beat the timer.

Great for group photo so that no one is left out. I recommend a tripod as well

After reviewing to ensure it would work for my model Nikon, I was happy to purchase this. I actually purchased it twice - the first one had a drained battery out of the package. #sadface But the store did a hassle-free swap for a new one and this baby had juice. Super easy to connect to my camera and works well from a decent distance. Very handy for shots that I am in!

It worked exactly how I expected. Does have somewhat of a limited range but how many of us are actually walking very far from your camera

Overall this works fine, but does not work when camera is very near.

using the remote allows you to take the photo when doing closeup photos without vibrating the camera

The control dos not want to work at first. The next day it worked great with no problems.
