A: No, it doesn’t. Works on older models. Nikon D5600 only uses SnapBridge.

A: No, this will not work with Nikon D 3500.

A: It works with my D750. Should work if the D800 has front and rear Infra Red detectors. It is IR transmitter and must be "line of sight" to the camera.
