So much more powerful than our previous one. The only issue I ran into is this one comes with a power cord attached that you cannot remove. If you are looking for a hardwired installation make sure you get the one without the power cord. This was not obvious from the box in the store.

HOWEVER, we have the protection plan and the 3rd party that came out were the worst. One gentleman, if you call him that, had a pix of a sexy girl on his cell phone when he was using it during our time. The guys were rude, talked another language. Tried to report this and didn't get any responses back. Gives Best Buy delivery a bad name.

InSinkerator - Badger Works Great.

Replaced an older InSink modle that was in the house over 5 years ago. So I am sure it lasted 10 or 15 years. So happy to have found Best Buys selling the same model. Since it was the same brand, I was able to detach the old one and attach this one without having to remove the sink insert. Good times.

I found a newer model on Best Buy and quickly submitted a purchase order online. I was able to replace my old InSinkerator the same day!!
