Great upgrade overall

So much more powerful than our previous one. The only issue I ran into is this one comes with a power cord attached that you cannot remove. If you are looking for a hardwired installation make sure you get the one without the power cord. This was not obvious from the box in the store.

I ordered it and had Geek Squad install it. I was really surprised they even sold this. It has worked perfectly since it was installed.

Don't use their 3rd party for delivery

HOWEVER, we have the protection plan and the 3rd party that came out were the worst. One gentleman, if you call him that, had a pix of a sexy girl on his cell phone when he was using it during our time. The guys were rude, talked another language. Tried to report this and didn't get any responses back. Gives Best Buy delivery a bad name.
