Ruined Christmas

For Christmas Door Dash did not deliver it could not find address. So my Brother did not get his Christmas present we purchased for him for Christmas. Now We are in limbo. We are still waiting for a refund a response on the Remote we had bought. From Best Buy. Ruined my Christmas and my Brother did not get a Christmas gift.

Good product, not as necessary as I thought.
