The camera over all is great quality but the sound is insufficient

The app that runs on your phone is very good I would rate near a 10, editing is fast, when you export that take time, but you can just leave it and let it work. The part that bothers me is the picture quality, although it takes it in 5.7K the best that can be exported on the phone is 1080p. Although the video looks great on a phone, it doesn't look that good on a 32" 4K HDR computer monitor. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, that is why it got 4 stars. You can also edit on your computer (Insta Studio) but you don't get all the same features as on the phone app. Overall it is a very interesting camera, I like how it can track people I ski with, it will keep them in the frame as they arc around me. I am nervous I will scratch the lens, they stick out and will be the first surface to impact. On a standard GoPro there is a $20 replaceable lens protector built in, wish this has something like that.

Early christmas present for my son, he loves it. My friends husband has done some really fun stuff with his and the stuff looks really cool.

A very good 360 camera, probably the best capability on the market. Insta’s iOS and Mac editing solftware is free and easy to use.

It works well so far had to switch from the GoPro Max

Good if your not moving and had way to many issues with the app

First one I got crapped out first day of trying to use it. Error.measages on records failing to save. Screen changed settings after started record and would not allow to change back... but let's discuss best buys failure to allow direct calling to stores and how crappy it is that you can be told the item is in store but can't call to verify... then when you arrive it's not available even though it says its in stock. Have to drive to a different location 15 miles away to actually get it... so when it malfunctioned I could NOT CALL to verify it is in store the store could not call to verify it was actually in stock so again I had drive to a different location 40 miles away to pick it up since I was leaving the country the next day... fix your system or loose customers I could easily order it cheaper from Amazon if this is the service your gonna give out. The second one so far works as expected.

I was specting this camera to last a least 5 years but in the moment I need it most fails, the screen went dark and can't even factory reset it last just 3 days, really bad for a expensive camera

It is a well rounded camera that keeps you from carrying around two or three camera bags.

over all product is great but has few thins that can't go overlook like camera resolution, unable to control the camera from its screen, lenses are not protected and over all price for old technology

I didn't know that I was getting this for christmas this year, I will try to act surprised on Christmas morning. Not the fault of Insta360, just Best Buy.

It is good if you don’t use it underwater. The settings doesn’t stay underwater and the video is or good neither.
