Worked great until it stopped turning on!

The screen will not turn on and after troubleshooting it as recommended by the company’s IT department it will not turn on. I’ve never dropped it or submerged it underwater without the dive case so you can see why it’s frustrating to have a perfectly working camera all of a sudden just stop turning on.

By the time we got back on the 17th day, Best Buy wouldn’t replace the camera. Said ship it to the manufacturer. Which now just cost me $41.00. What a joke. Guess Best Buy’s warranty is up when u walk out the store.

They want you to "register" your device which locks it to your account and gives them rights to your photos and videos which you must agree to to use it. I did some research and found that accounts of registering it also bricks the device if you sell it to someone else when you're done with it.

It has the same specifications as the Ricoh Theta X, but the image quality doesn't compare. I ended up returning this camera hours after purchasing because the still photo quality was so poor in anything less than perfect-world lighting.

The mount and stick broke and sent the camera into the street, breaking it and making it unusable. I’m 2 months into my year warranty and Insta360 will not repair or replace the device as the “selfie stick was 14cm longer than the max”. I’m sorry, you mean the only selfie stick you offer for your own equipment? Total scam company, buy ANYTHING else.

Didnt work even after being convinced to change my region to Indonesia on my phone. Kind of an odd thing to have to do to use a device in this day and age.

In my opinion insta accessories need to be test it out better. Very disappointed with this loss.

There is at least a 30 second gap between the end of one file into the other. Trash, do not buy.

Cannot edit the videos/pictures unless you transfer it to a laptop. Cannot zoom in or out (preset) and can only be adjusted during the editing portion.
