Works as described but not what I envisioned before I got it. May work awesome for someone else but not for making hunting videos IMO

It’s hard to use. If you are not that techie, this is not user-friendly. I miss my chance of returning it. 3 days off.

When i went to Best Buy originally to inquire about your Insta360 i waited for 20 minutes fir someone to help me. No one ever came (I was registered at your front desk. I went back to Best Buy again to inquire about your Insta360. This time when the young lady came to "help" me (after waiting 15+ minutes) she was not familiar with the product. The only thing she could do was sell it to me. I bought it and then went home and read the user's manual online. This is how i realized the Insta360 was too much technology for my objective (I believe). I returned it but this time the box was never opened. It was exactly the same as when i bought it. Needless to say going to Best Buy to get an understanding of a product has not been successful for me.

Huge data files from the X4 + slow PC/older PC = PROBLEMS!! Also, apparently having an older iphone (I have the Iphone XS Max) = PROBLEMS. I bought the X4 two days ago, and when it came to editing my footage, it went all downhill from there. First, I tried editing via the insta360 app…but my video footage and audio was extremly slow and laggy. So, I tried editing my footage via my laptop by downloading the Insta360 Studio, but my footage and audio were even more slow and laggy on the laptop! This X4 camera is 100% useless if you do not have a new phone or a new powerful computer that can handle the huge files from the X4. So unless you plan to buy a new computer or phone along with your X4, DO NOT BUY. I returned the X4 today, and will now wait for the anticipated release of the DJI Action 5.

It gets hot while using it, it doesn’t hold charge .

I was drawn in by the excellent marketing but extremely disappoiinted with the actual product. This thing is big and clunky and the UI terrible. I had to return it because the video quality was also subpar.

Garbage camera!. Requires complete access to your devices files just to see your footage on the app and will not work unless you give it full permission to everything. You won't be able to use the 360 footage unless you download additional software onto your computer and give it access to everything you have, so this camera is basically useless and complete waist of money. You are better off buying a nopro

Got this for Xmas in Florida on vacation taking family pics in the hotel pool and water got inside. Once dried out it cut back on but I’ll be bring it back soon as I get home it’s says waterproof up to 33ft. Without water case and that’s not the case

terrible , the moment i used it for the first time it kept shutting down , i bought it for my trip to canada which i was really looking forward on using this camera for nice shots but i didnt happen , something so expensive for this things to happen

After 30-40 mins of usage of continuous single lens video the X4 was so hot. Not happy with it. Customer support can’t give a definitive help nor for exchange of another unit…

Very hard to conect to facebook live, went back to go pro after bad experiance with the 360

Bought this for my husband who rides a motorcycle. We have go pros but this 360 is a game changer!! awesome angles, durable, and easy to use! I do suggest getting a big SD card for storage.

This camera is amazing! I am really enjoying the AI created/edited videos That I take while on my motorcycle!

Just bot it and im loving it clear videos pic whatever you want highly recomended if you ride dirt bike or like to be in snow or water
