The installation was faster than I was told. The thing I didn't like was that when you lock the vehicle with the remote, it doesn't make a sound to let you know its locked.

Tech that installed the alarm was good was very annoying that I bought the unit and then it didn't work so I had to order another one which caused me to have to take another day off and leave my vehicle there for a total of 2 1/2 days and the system is temperamental. I felt like all my headache should have been taken in account more. It left a bad taste in my mouth because of the experience.

installed on my own wasn't really worth buying the alarm and the installation. the prices weren't able to be seperated

I showed up to my apt and checked in with installers. Then they pulled my car in to the install bay while I was waiting and shopping around Best Buy! 4-5 mins later I hear this revving sound from the front of the store and it sounded like it was coming from the install bay. I go and check on my car and I see the installers revving the hell out of my car so the can hear the blow of valve. So u know what happened from there!! Hint it wasn't pretty! I asked for my money back and I will never do business again with Best Buy. Staged 3 2013 Mazdaspeed 3

The installer in Menifee did not provide any instruction or advice on using the product. Huge dissapointment. Will not return to that store. I gave an overall rating of poor because he did not do his job - provide customer service.

Installation "required" when purchasing the alarm system. The charge for addition items needed for install is ridiculous.

Had this installed along with security system. Car would randomly start honking when driving. Had it uninstalled.
